Kichler will open the Kichler Boutique, a permanent destination, at the fall 2026 High Point Market. The approximately 3,000-sq.-ft. space is located at 201 West High Ave. in High Point.
The Boutique represents a new approach to traditional lighting showrooms, with a residentially inspired environment featuring thoughtfully layered vignettes and curated product stories.
Kichler has conceived the space as a destination where lighting is experienced in context, with areas designed for conversation, discovery, and hospitality.
New Approach to Lighting Showrooms
The location reflects Kichler’s growing focus on the professional design community and the importance of High Point as a place for designers to discover products firsthand.
The Boutique will host an invitation-only preview on Oct. 16, followed by celebratory events during High Point Market from Oct. 17 to 21.
“Lighting is such an important part of how a space looks and feels, yet there is no substitute for experiencing a fixture in person,” said Kristina Christopher, chief marketing officer of Coleto Brands.
Immersive Experience
The Kichler Boutique was created in partnership with Barbour Spangle Design and takes its cues from residential interiors rather than traditional trade showrooms.
The environment is intended to encourage designers to linger, explore, and consider lighting as an integral layer of a room or exterior.
Decorative lighting will be presented within styled vignettes, demonstrating how scale, materiality, finish, and illumination can shape an interior.
Comfortable hospitality areas will offer places for coffee and conversation, creating a setting that invites designers to stay and discuss their projects.
The Boutique will feature a curated assortment of Kichler’s best-selling designs, new collections introduced in 2026, and a preview of select products to come in 2027.
Leading home and design brands, including Fabuwood, Newport Brass, and James Martin Vanities, contributed products and materials to the space.
Kichler will also extend its presence at Fall Market through its continued partnership with the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) at the newly expanded Broad Hall.
Kichler decorative and integrated lighting systems will be featured in two new vignettes, demonstrating how layered lighting can complement and enhance key spaces in a home.
