The OnOffice Product Awards announced its first winners in 2025, celebrating innovations that merge practicality, visual appeal, and ecological responsibility in office environments. The competition attracted more entries than expected, with judges assessing submissions based on four criteria: creative design, ease of use, sustainability, and overall user experience. Winners covered seating, collaborative workspaces, flooring, textiles, and advanced materials, each addressing contemporary demands in professional settings.

The top award in seating design went to Your Workpod Smart for its interior layout and use of recycled plastic bottles in sound-absorbing panels. Judges highlighted its successful combination of comfort and environmental responsibility. In the same category, Hushoffice’s hushFree.S.Hybrid received special recognition for its intelligent airflow system and features supporting neurodiverse employees.

For collaborative furniture, Humanscale’s Float Adjustable Tables earned the top prize due to their intuitive height-adjustment mechanism and flexible configurations. Leandesk also gained praise for its fusion of artistic design with modern functionality. Meanwhile, Knoll’s Biboni Sofa was commended for its distinctive sculptural form and ergonomic support, making it well-suited for casual work areas.

Ergonomic seating dominated the awards once again. Humanscale’s World Chair took first place for its lightweight construction and user-friendly adjustments, whereas Herman Miller’s Mirra 2 was highly commended for its adaptive support systems and long-term durability. The materials category saw Ultrafabrics’ Volar Bio win for its renewable sourcing and performance, while Arper UK’s Catifa (RE) 46 earned praise for its recycled content and commitment to circular design principles.
